We are excited to hear from Whiting Preston, President of Manatee Fruit Company and Richard Bedford, Vice President of Schroeder-Manatee Ranch.
Whiting will present information about Lake Flores, a proposed mixed-use development slated to offer a new urbanism concept with residents living, working and playing in a walkable master-planned community.
Richard will talk about the future of Lakewood Ranch. This community experienced 20 years of growth and welcomed about 25,000 residents so far, Lakewood Ranch is far from being finished. The makings of a city are already present.
