Description

5 Generations in the Workplace- and Another One on the Way!
Considerations and Strategies for Leaders

by Gregg Taylor
Founder & President, Taylored Leadership Enrichment

In your business do you see generational rifts or opportunities for generational synergy? Here are the facts:
  • There are currently five generations in the workplace and another one is on the way.
  • The perceptions and the reality are often not the same.
  • The currency of success is people and the ability to build connections with and between them.
  • Understanding and bridging the Generational Divide is essential to the success of businesses, organizations, communities and personal relationships.
In this seminar you'll participate in interactive DiSC exercises to show how to quickly determine the basic DiSC style of other people, as well as your own, and learn the 2 questions that can be used to "People Read" DiSC styles to increase your ability to communicate and connect with others.

You'll also learn:
  • Leadership issues and strategies that will help you bridge the Generational Divide and build Generational Synergy
  • The value of Vulnerability-based Trust and Constructive Conflict
  • The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team
Taylored Leadership Enrichment is a Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team® and Everything DiSC® authorized partner.

Cancelations made after March 22 will be invoiced and cannot be refunded.
