The Champions of Healthcare Awards will be presented at a very special breakfast event at GROVE on Thursday, June 16, 2022.

Individual Ticket | $45
Student/Child Ticket | $25 (under 18 years of age)
Table Sponsorship | $525 includes a table of 10, company recognition at the event, special ribbon nametags, company table sign, follow-up recognition in coverage of the event and more. 
Program Sponsorship $2,000 | includes table of 8 and an ad in the printed program as well as other sponsor benefits and promotion
Corporate Sponsorship $1,250 | includes table of 8 as well as other sponsor benefits and promotion
