Time: 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM EDT
Connect with your audience
Event Description:

The truth is that no one ever remembers you for having perfectly polished presentation skills or even the most brilliantly crafted speech. People remember you, by the way you make them FEEL. So how are you making people feel when you present? Are you connecting with your audience or is it time to make a change?

In his book "Everyone Communicates, Few Connect," internationally recognized leadership expert, John Maxwell, says, "Connecting is the ability to identify with people and relate to them in a way that increases your influence with them."

In this workshop, you will learn the keys to connecting, engaging and relating to an audience of 1 to 1000, using the "Speak for Real - 4 Cs of Authentic Communication" method. This highly effective approach to connected communication was created by leadership and communication coach, Pavitra Ciavardone.  She has used it for several years to prepare young girls from Girls Inc. to speak in front of audiences of over 800 people, and more recently with Disneyworld entertainers, authors, philanthropists, executives, entrepreneurs, and corporate employees.

Connected communication is about finding your most powerful authentic voice, conveying a clear message from your heart - not your head, and making it all about your audience, customers or clients. If you have an important message to share, a presentation to deliver, if you want to use speaking to grow your business, or be more promotable at your job, the "4 Cs" will take you to the next level -- from good to great to amazing!
