Description
Embrace a Life of Health & Wellness Expo in the Fall Saturday, September 24th, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Lakewood Ranch Medical Center Main Lobby. This health expo includes more than 50 exhibitors in the health field.The exhibitors focus will be on preventive medicine, the heart & circulatory system and the importance of physical activity and proper nutrition. These exhibitors will share samples, services and information, valuable to everyone and all ages. Lakewood Ranch Medical Center will provide free glucose and blood pressure checks. Plus, posture and spinal checks will be the focus from chiropractic specialists, along with massage to loosen up the muscles around the skeleton. If oral hygiene is a concern, you can visit professionals and discuss periodontal disease and good foods for your teeth. Plus there will be eye exams and much more! This health expo will be interactive and valuable to your health! It will all be conveniently gathered under one roof for your convenience.
