Island Gallery West Presents Donna Grossman January's featured artist

“Love Lights,” an exhibit of vibrant mosaic art by January Featured Artist Donna Grossman, will be on display at Island Gallery West on Holmes Beach from January 2 - 31, 2021. Donna, whose mosaics have won several awards in Florida and New York, began working in mosaics when she moved to Florida two years ago and developed her own technique of using stained glass for her mosaic design. Her show is aptly named “Love Lights” because each mosaic work changes with the light cast on it or through it, creating beautiful color and shine. The size of the mosaics range from four-inch square shelf mosaics to her latest work, “So is Life” which is a 36” x 48” work containing thousands of pieces of hand cut glass. Donna’s work will be on display throughout the month of January. You can meet her in person on Sunday, January 3 rd from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm when she will be hosting in the gallery. There will be a Facebook Live interview with Donna on Friday, January 8 at 5:00 pm.
