Description
Join The Salvation Army for the first annual Kids-2-Kamp Golf Tournament. Proceeds from the event will provide full and partial scholarships for children enrolled in a new eight-week summer day camp program offered by The Salvation Army, beginning June 8. The camp, which is open to Manatee County children between the ages of six and 10 will feature fun and educational activities, as well as field trips to local attractions. Additionally, The Salvation Army is working with the Manatee County school district to align the camp's educational activities with the county's grade level reading program.
