This week, we’re featuring the ever dynamic Sara Hand who will be leading our audience through the talk, “If You Want Better Answers, Ask Better Questions.” If we don’t like the answers that we are getting, it probably has a lot to do with the questions we are asking. Asking the right questions can change the answers you receive from a limiting engagement to an empowering dialogue that leads toward your primary goals. Stop searching for an answer when it’s right in front of you! Learn to phrase and frame things in the right manner and you’ll reap the rewards from your well thought inquiry. You also learn whether or not your questions are worth asking (do you already know the answer?) and how to facilitate exchanges so they benefit all around. If you think something has been overlooked, there’s a better than average chance that the speaker didn’t impart all that they needed, or even wanted to. You’ll be appreciated for enhancing exchanges and improving communications. So remember, if you want better answers, you just need to ask better questions!
