"Land and Sea, Artscapes of Florida" The unique and diverse beauty of Florida is captured in the oil paintings of Joanna Karpay. This exhibit will highlight the coastal serenity as well as the magic of the wild inland landscapes. As a native Floridian, she has a deep connection to the special beauty of our state. Inspired by the tropical colors and and shapes, she is known for her bold brushwork and vibrant colors. Through her paintings she hopes to share her love of Florida and all its natural beauty. Come and meet Joanna and the other artists at the gallery at the opening reception on Friday May 10th. Refreshments, music and conversation from 5.30-7.30pm - always a fun evening supporting the local art community.
