Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) yoga is a beautiful way to harmonize body and spirit. Immerse yourself in nature, connecting mind and body as you flow through yoga poses with the water beneath us and the sky above. Doing yoga on a SUP challenges you to engages muscles that you may neglect during your on-land practice and forces you to be present and intentional with all your movements.
Enjoy a 90 minute session which includes an introduction to paddle boarding, a short paddle journey, and an hour of guided yoga on the boards. This is intended to be an all levels yoga class that is suitable for new and beginner paddlers and yogis. No SUP experience is needed, just a yearning for adventure and fun out on the water!
