Benefits of an Employee Assistance Program (EAP):
For leaders as well as staff
Presented by Elizabeth Reyes, Executive Assistant, Centerstone
The response to COVID-19 continues to present new and complicated challenges to both employers and employees. Almost overnight, employers have transitioned entire workforces to a telework arrangement, strained to navigate complex federal programs and reimagined business plans and financial projections.
Employee Assistance Programs, or EAP, is a work-based intervention program created to provide employees assistance in resolving personal problems that are adversely affecting performance in the workplace. EAPs cover a broad range of issues including elder care, financial or legal issue, and wellness matters. Employees can access these programs at no cost.
This webinar will provide additional information on what EAPs are, how the program can help your organization in the prevention of workplace issues and address employee challenges and needs. EAPs can serve as a beneficial tool and provide incredible value to your own wellness, your employees’ well-being and ultimately your business.
