Responsibilities include: • Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager. • Liaison between Manager and Sales Associates. • Ability to process listings, sales and advertising. • Responsible for agent receivables. • Maintain Inventory files for office sales and listings. • Licensing procedure for sales associates/office. • Responsible for in-office training for sales associates on computers and office procedures. • Responsible for all office equipment, office supply orders. • Responsible for monthly and weekly reports. • General office support functions including answering phones, reception, secretarial service, maintaining office appearance, etc. as needed. Qualifications for the position: Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher and Outlook, as well as working knowledge of various other office equipment. Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. Previous Real Estate administrative experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Must be able to work independently and research problems and questions as required.
