Essential Job Functions
The Office Administrator will be responsible for various administrative and operational functions and will report jointly to the VP of Business Intelligence and the Director of Human Resources.  He/she will be responsible for but limited to coordinating and maintaining internal and interoffice operations and services, administering HR functions and policies, maintaining and implementing company Standard Operation Procedures, and maintain the company wide event calendar, managing office supplies, setting up meetings, managing vendors, utilizing the Coanics Analytic CRM to manage high priority projects, coordinate responses to RFP and other external correspondences, assist with accounting and payroll, perform other tasks as assigned.
