IMMEDIATE OPENING! The Jupiter Marine Team is seeking a professional Sales Coordinator/Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our fast paced and friendly office in Palmetto! This position is Full-Time, with an extensive benefits package, plus you’ll be working in a GREAT office environment! Jupiter is looking for someone wanting to advance their career, this position has rapid advancement potential for the right person.You will be providing daily administrative support to executive management and the Sales department while assisting all guests visiting the Jupiter Factory! To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to: •Maintain a friendly & professional demeanor at all times •Greet, welcome and direct visitors •Operate and manage a multi-line phone system •Answer, forward and screen all incoming calls •Attention to Detail •Maintain a neat working area •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is a must! •Communicate professionally (both written and verbal) •Provide administrative support (spreadsheets, typing, filing, copying, faxing, etc.) •Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment . •Ability to handle confidential information discreetly. •Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills •Able to work independently. •Exhibit excellent problem solving capabilities.
