The college is accepting applications for an Assistant Director for Admissions & Registration.
The Assistant Director for Admissions & Registration (Assistant Registrar) interprets, administers and evaluates College policies and procedures for faculty, staff, students, parents, and administrators, as they pertain to graduation requirements. Additionally they review and recommend revisions to current practice and represent institutional interests in applying policies and procedures to the graduation process. In concert with the Registrar and Information Technology, this position designs, develops, implements, and manages an automated degree audit system to track students' progress toward graduation. The Assistant Director oversees all systems and processes related to degree audit, graduation, degree conferral, and diplomas, helping to ensure the overall academic integrity of the institution. Additional responsibilities include fulfilling requests from current and former students for copies of their official academic transcript, and serving as the VA Certifying Official for the college, coordinating and ensuring proper certification of students eligible for VA education benefits to include resolving problems and maintaining files and records.
