Job Description
New College of Florida is accepting applications for an Assistant Director of Student Success Programs.  The Assistant Director provides support for the Director of Student Success Programs, as well as students to assist them in realizing the connection between curricular, co-curricular, and extra-curricular experiences. Responsibilities include providing leadership and support for a comprehensive first-year program, including orientation, common challenge/read, Family Weekend, and student programming throughout the semester. S/he will support efforts to promote student growth and development through programming, leadership development, and other support services and facilitate the involvement of faculty, staff, and students as it pertains to orientation program, first year retention initiatives, and student success programming.
