Job Description
Situated on the Gulf Coast of Florida and Sarasota Bay, New College is a nationally recognized, selective public residential honors college with a 10:1 student/faculty ratio. Students are intellectually independent and highly motivated. Undergraduate research/creative work has a central role in the curriculum, and a senior thesis/project is required of all students. The Office of Communications and Marketing is currently accepting applications for an Associate Director, Content Marketing Manager.
The Associate Director assists in developing and executing an overall marketing communication strategy for New College, one that promotes and elevates its unique image among important stakeholders. S/he creates print and digital assets and materials for New College student recruitment in conjunction with Enrollment Management; collaborates with the New College Foundation on print and digital assets to support alumni outreach and donor cultivation. This position serves as editor of the college's alumni magazine, and works with Digital Communications Coordinator to write and produce regular e- newsletters. The Associate Director supervises one full-time staff member.
