Job Description
The Office of Admissions & Financial Aid at New College of Florida is accepting applications for an Executive Assistant. This position manages special projects for the Dean, manages all financial accounts for the Office of Admissions & Financial Aid, serves as departmental liaison with the Office of Human Resources, coordinates on- and off-campus events for the unit, and serves as the Dean's personal assistant. This includes timely and accurate reporting of financial information to the Dean and team leaders, monthly reconciliation of the unit's internal financial records with College records in Banner, review of departmental ledgers in Banner and preparation of summary reports, analysis of current-year expenditures, and the preparation of budget projections of the expenses in the next fiscal year.  A bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of experience working at the executive level is required. The Executive Assistant must be available and willing to work in excess of 40 hours per week during peak periods and/or at the request of the Associate Dean or the Dean.  For more information and to apply, visit www.ncf.edu/employment.
