Job Description
The New College of Florida Center for Engagement and Opportunity (CEO) is accepting applications for an Office Manager. The Office Manager will supervise CEO student employees, facilitate basic information sessions, manage the calendars and correspondence for the CEO director, and leadership team including; promotional information, scheduling space, and facilitating external employer on-campus recruitment sessions, and CEO events. S/he will manage the communications and event calendars, plan boards, and event bookings using the career management platform. The Office Manager initiates the concierge service component for the CEO and engages in ongoing employment and career readiness interactions with employers, graduate school representatives, post-graduate fellowship representatives and prescribed career preparation events and programs. S/he will serve as project manager for all digital requests, monitoring and responding to website changes, on the website or social media platforms and initiate recommendations for additional resources and services which will benefit constituents and provide value-added services to audiences.   For more information and to apply, visit www.ncf.edu/employment.
