Job Description
New College of Florida seeks an Office Manager for the Housing Office. The Office Manager updates the Housing webpages, greets, informs, routes and tracks visitors, answers phone and rollover calls and maintains appointment calendar for departmental employees. Additionally, the Office Manager maintains files of personnel, general correspondence, administrative documents and paid invoices for Housing Office. S/he replies to requests for residency verifications and is responsible for correspondence in support of the Senior Associate Dean. S/he assists the Administrative Assistant as needed and provides support for the department staff as requested.
