The Bakery Manager is responsible for maintaining a culture of exceptional guest service, operational efficiency and employee growth in a fast-paced, high volume operation.

- Experienced in restaurant / food service management

Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive, guest first culture
- Lead by example in all aspects of the business
- Inspire a team of 15-20 guest service representatives, frosters and bakers
- Maintain a warm and welcoming store environment
- Manage all aspects of production, inventory and guest services
- Supervise sales transactions, delivery schedules and store operations
- Motivate team to meet and exceed guest expectations
- Achieve metrics related to guest satisfaction and operational excellence
- Successfully liaise between bakery owners and bakery staff
- Understand brand standards and maintain full compliance at all times
- Achieve advanced level of proficiency on POS system, as well as minimum levels of proficiency in baking, frosting, and crafting
