The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for performing moderately advanced level of building maintenance. This individual will also assist in the selection of facility service vendors, coordination of vendor-related work, and facility safety programs.
Top Duties:

•Perform routine A/C inspections
•Light electrical work
•Purchase supplies
•Communicating between various departments & supervisors to assess needs
•Coordinate appointments with contractors
