Cornwall Analytics, Inc. is a privately owned & operated software firm with over thirty years of experience providing professional services in Online Database Application Development, Business Intelligence, Data Integration and Data Visualization. Essential Job Functions: The Director of Sales & Marketing will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution of Coanics® marketing, growth and retention initiatives. Your primary responsibilities are to accelerate revenue growth by improving customer acquisition and retention, managing our channel marketing (e.g., SEM, SEO, Email, Social), creating and operationalizing go-to-market strategy and external communications (PR). You will work very closely with our product team to help inform and shape product development efforts. • Continuously building and sustaining a healthy pipeline of new customer opportunities • Build a collaborative and comprehensive marketing and communications strategy • Build marketing collateral including sell sheets, presentations, features/benefits, case studies/testimonials and messaging • Building customer segmentation and applying it to drive growth initiatives • Develop and support sales training and sales enablement activities • Develops and implements strategic marketing, sales, and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services • Staff trade shows and promotional events as needed • Presenting and speaking to senior decision makers • Meets with key clients to maintain relationships and negotiate and close deals Basic Qualifications: • University/college degree preferred, but NOT mandatory. We want proven sales performers first and foremost • Experience managing and optimizing channel marketing (e.g., SEM, SEO, Display, Email, Social, Affiliate) • 3+ years’ experience product marketing or product management Other Qualifications: • Very strong presentation skills • Experience managing growth and retention in different business models • The ability to articulate the projected and actual ROI of marketing investments • Able to demonstrate a solid understanding of accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management
