Sales Support Specialist

Job Description
JMX Brands seeks a Sales Support Specialist. We are seeking someone who is willing to learn and grow with our company, ready for new challenges and growth opportunities. There are a blend of routine and non-routine tasks in the work, which offers variety and demands flexibility and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities may include:

-Assist sales team with incoming calls, and order processing-Assisting customers with order inquiries, or product questions-Organization and maintenance of files, data and tasks-Assist in handling orders that are placed online-Contacting vendors-Mailing out materials to customers-Collection of data, development of simple spreadsheets-Assistance in other areas as needed, must be a team player

This position will require someone who is highly organized, friendly, efficient, detail-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity and technologically savvy. Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Must enjoy working with people and the challenges that come in working for a small company. Good communication skills, time management, strong organizational skills are required. Two-four years of experience in clerical, administrative assistance, sales and customer service is desired.

Compensation is based on experience. Benefits include paid time off, 50% health insurance premium and 401(k).
