This is a sophisticated position that incorporates business development, project management and commercial acumen.  In this role you will assist experienced Sr. Executive Recruiters in conducting search assignments, identifying, recruiting and qualifying top level candidates.  Here you can develop the expertise to grow into a Sr. Executive Recruiter.

With a competitive base salary and benefits package (Medical, 401K, Profit Sharing, PTO), your total compensation will be directly related to your performance in successfully sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates for the completion of searches.

Duties include:
  • Client & candidate development
  • Candidate screening and interviewing
  • Client interface, including weekly reporting
You must have:
  • Prior sales/business development experience
  • A strong desire and willingness to learn
  • An engaging personality
  • Strong communication skills – oral and written
  • A strong work ethic with a passion to succeed and high energy
  • Computer literacy
