P.J. Mills is an experienced professional in the airfield pavement maintenance industry with over 15 years of experience. He has consulted and personally worked on hundreds of airfield maintenance projects, both domestically and internationally. As Vice President of Marketing & Business Development for Hi-Lite, PJ is responsible for creating & implementing growth strategies, building & maintaining strategic partnerships, identifying & acting upon business opportunities, directing & managing the marketing & business development budgets, assisting in company strategic planning, representing the company publicly at trade shows & industry events, & managing a sales pipeline for the Sourcewell cooperative contract.
