Christina Cintron is the owner of Leader Mindset Group (LMG), providing corporate training, both in person and remotely, for experienced leaders desiring to have more impact, and in pursuit of their legacy.

With the current workplace challenges of quiet quitting, the great resignation, general high levels of stress, burnout, and dis-engagement, this training will arm leaders in being more effective in their roles to close the gap and re-engage their team members individually, as a group, in their role as a working leader, and in answering the important question, What will be their leader legacy?
