I am currently a commercial real estate broker, with extensive experience in private equity investing, business management, contract negotiations, and risk analysis. I retired from working at a Wall Street Investment bank after over 22 years, with almost 30 years in investment management. I have a law degree from Temple University (Philadelphia) and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Syracuse University. I am an NRA certified Pistol Instructor and an NRA certified Range Safety Officer. I teach the basics (and safety) of pistol shooting regularly. I grew up and went to university in Central New York, lived in the Philadelphia area for 34 years, and moved to Florida in 2024.
