Mr. Bedford is an Architect and President / CEO of Real Estate And Land Consulting, LLC, a real estate and land use consulting company. A resident of the Tampa Bay area since 1984, Richard has been actively involved in the growth and planning of the West Coast of Florida since then as an Architect, Planner, Contractor, and Developer. REAL Consulting concentrates on advising its clients as an Owner’s Representative relating to horizontal (land development and planning) and vertical (buildings) projects, encompassing the entire process, from initial project feasibility and planning, through rezoning and entitlements, and finally site development and vertical construction.
