Before joining Lakewood Ranch\, he served as the CEO of Jennersville Regional Hospital in West Grove\, Pennsylvania. Guz holds a master's degree in Health Administration from Cornell University.\n\n \n\nTom McDougal was hired as the new CEO for Manatee Memorial in August 2021. Before joining Manatee Memorial\, he served as the CEO at Merit Health Biloxi in Biloxi\, Mississippi. He holds a Doctor of Science degree in Healthcare Management and master's degrees in Healthcare Administration and Business Administration from the University of Alabama.\n\n \n\nSteve Nierman joined the team at Blake Medical Center as CEO and President in September 2021. Before moving to Bradenton\, Nierman was the President of Winter Haven Hospital and the Polk Market-Lead for BayCare Health System in Central Florida. He has a master's degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a master's degree in Business Administration from Xavier University.
