The luncheon gets under way at 11:30 a.m. on Friday\, Feb. 12\, 2016\, at the Ritz-Carlton in Sarasota. A book-signing with Joan Lunden immediately follows the program. Sponsorship opportunities for the luncheon begin at $1\,250\, and also include invitations to a private VIP Meet and Greet Reception preceding the luncheon. In its six-year history\, the luncheon has raised more than $645\,000 to help fund the services Tidewell provides to more than 8\,000 patients annually\, regardless of the ability to pay.
