The application deadline for consideration is Friday\, August 16th at 5 PM. You must pay the $50 deposit when applying for a scholarship.\n\n \n\nThe program meets Saturdays from 9 AM-5 PM\n\n \n\nCamp dates are September 14-December 21\n\nThere is no program on November 23rd or November 30th\n\n \n\nYouth Education consists of singing\, dancing\, acting\, and technical design training. The program includes learning how to audition\, rehearsals\, and full-staged performances. Our professional teaching artists and musical directors direct the performances. One of the primary goals is to build a community of young performers and provide a safe environment for children to develop teamwork skills and confidence in front of a live audience.\n\n \n\nIn addition to building social and communication skills overall\, involvement in drama courses and performance has been shown to improve students' self-esteem as well as their confidence in their academic abilities. The act of performing can help students and youth recognize their potential for success and improve their confidence.
