DESCRIPTION:Lisa Richardson\, a Certified Ageless Grace Educator\, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Art Psychotherapist\, with a practice in Venice\, believes creative expression and physical expression are important to our whole well-being\, Mind-Body-Spirit. Join her as she presents a demonstration of Ageless Grace \, a fitness program made up of 21 Simple Tools for Lifelong Comfort and Ease\, created by fitness professional Denise Medved. The program is done in a chair and focuses on different anti-aging techniques\, e.g.\, joint mobility\, spinal flexibility\, right-left brain coordination\, bone density\, muscle mass\, cognitive function\, fall prevention\, systemic stimulation\, balance\, confidence\, and playfulness.  The 21 Tools are playful\, creative and varied and it is recommended they be practiced 10 minutes a day\, every day for the rest of your life\, for the best cumulative benefit.
