DESCRIPTION:Join us at Robinson Preserve for a morning of artistic exploration at our July monthly Artist Days!\n\n\n\nThis preserve includes 679 acres of coastal grasslands\, saltern\, marsh\, and mangrove habitat. These systems support a variety of rare wildlife\, presenting careful observers with an opportunity to see roseate spoonbills\, wood storks\, white pelicans\, bald eagles\, and least terns in their natural environment. Sprouting up from the salty soil are a vast array of intriguing plants\, including saltwort\, glasswort\, and succulent sea purslane. \n\n\n\nBring your sketchbook\, camera\, painting supplies\, or journal and experience this landscape for yourself\, as you peruse the property to find the best spot for taking in the scenery.\n\n\n\nThis is a free self-guided event\, and all guests will be provided a trail map upon entry. Artists must bring their own supplies. Conservation Foundation representatives will be onsite to answer any questions you may have about our vital land-saving work. We hope to see you there!\n\n\n\nRegistration for this special event is required. The property is 1704 99th Street Northwest Limited space is available due to limited onsite parking. Reserve your space today.\n\n\n\nIf you plan to carpool\, please let us know so that we may open space for other interested artists.
