DESCRIPTION:Disney's The Aristocats KIDS\n\n\n\nEverybody wants to be a cat in Disney's stage adaptation of the animated classic motion picture. Based on the beloved Disney animated film\, and featuring a jazzy\, upbeat score\, Disney's The Aristocats KIDS is a non-stop thrill ride of feline fun\, complete with unbelievable twists and turns and features plenty of exuberant group numbers.\n\n\n\nThis camp is open to children ages 9-13 (age is based on the start date of the camp session).\n\n\n\nThe cost of the camp is $500\n\n\n\nCamp meets Monday-Friday 9 AM-5 PM\n\n\n\nCamp dates are June 16-27\n\n\n\nYouth Education consists of singing\, dancing\, acting\, and technical design training. The program includes learning how to audition\, rehearsals\, and a minimum of two full-staged performances. Our professional teaching artists and musical directors direct the performances. One of the primary goals is to build a community of young performers and provide a safe environment for children to develop teamwork skills and confidence in front of a live audience. One show of each camp is provided complimentary for area youth-at-risk as part of the For Kids By Kids program.\n\n\n\nIn addition to building social and communication skills overall\, involvement in drama courses and performance has been shown to improve students' self-esteem as well as their confidence in their academic abilities.
