DESCRIPTION:After careful research and deliberation\, the Manatee Chamber of Commerce is enthusiastically supporting both upcoming local sales tax referendums - the 1/2 Cent renewal for Manatee School District Capital Outlay and the 1/2 Cent for Manatee County Infrastructure.\n\n\n\nWe believe these funding sources are critical to the long-term success of our community and its quality of life.\n\n\n\nCome hear from two past Chairmen of the Manatee Chamber's Board of Directors - Mac Carraway and John Horne - about the two referendums\, which both will be on the November ballot. There will be plenty of time for Q & A.\n\n\n\nThis event is $10 to attend and will be catered by Chicken Kitchen. \n\n\n\nReservations are necessary and must be received by 5:00 PM on Friday\, October 7. Cancellations after this date will be invoiced as guarantees will have already been made on your behalf.
