DESCRIPTION:Calling all animal lovers and nature enthusiasts! \n\nGoodwill Manasota is excited to welcome Wildlife Advocate\, Animal Photographer\, Author\, and Speaker\, Larry Allan\, to the Manatee Ave Art & Bookstore for a special meet and greet and book signing event!\n\n \n\n                  \n\n \n\nLarry Allan's animal photography has been used in advertising\, corporate logos and packaging\, in books\, magazines\, calendars\, greeting cards\, annual reports and other printed media\, and in television and motion pictures\, worldwide. In 2005\, Larry was the Sierra Club's Ansel Adams Award winner and in 2003\, one of his photographs was a finalist\, and six were semi-finalists\, in the International Wildlife Photographer of the Year competition of the British Natural History Museum and the BBC.\n\nOn Saturday\, December 2nd\, Allan will be at the Goodwill Manasota Manatee Ave Art & Bookstore between the hours of 1:00pm and 4:00pm with copies of his book\, artwork\, and children's DVD "Little Lost Mountain Lion"? available for purchase. One hundred percent of the proceeds from the sale of his DVDs and smaller art prints and a portion of the proceeds from his books and larger art prints will go to Goodwill Manasota. Additional customization of the books and DVDs will also be available for a cash donation to directly benefit Goodwill Manasota.\n\nIn addition to meeting attendees and signing his work\, Larry Allan will also be giving two fascinating presentations on some of his personal encounters with Florida wildlife based on his book "Florida Animals for Everyday Naturalists"? at 1:30pm and 3:30pm.\n\nYou won't want to miss this opportunity to meet Larry Allan as he shares his work and unique experiences!
