Today\, Sheriff Rick Wells continues to make sure his father\, Sheriff Charlie Wells\, legacy lives on after his father initially started PAL almost 30 years ago for the youth in our communities. \n\n\n\n All proceeds raised at this milestone fundraising festival will benefit PAL's programs for the children. The success of our fundraising festival is dependent on the community's involvement\, sponsorship\, and attendance.
