DESCRIPTION:Join Us for an Open House and Candid Conversation\n\n\n\nMemory Care and \n\nAssisted Living \n\nThursday\, August 10\n\n\n\n\n\nIf you are an adult child who is struggling to provide proper care for your aging parents\, the partner of a senior whose health may be declining\, or a professional who cares for seniors\, this Open House and candid conversation is for you. \n\n \n You will learn how we help families understand and manage the complex challenges associated with dementia and Alzheimer's disease.\n\n \n\n You will learn about our Life Care Services Heartfelt Connections Memory Care Program and the training our staff receives to provide the highest levels of compassionate care. \n\n\n\n We will introduce you to some of the people who have benefitted significantly from our monthly Memory Care Support Group. The group meets the last Thursday of each month from 10-11 a.m.\n\n\n\n You will learn about the Freedom Village community and the different levels of support we provide residents in Assisted and Independent Living\, and Memory Care\, and how our Life Care Plan assures that we will provide higher levels of care for our residents for life. \n\n\n\nRSVPs are required by calling 941-677-5629\n\n\n\n* We are offering two identical 30-minute presentations to accommodate your schedule.
