SUMMARY:Paddle Cleanup l Emerson Point Preserve
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a volunteer event to help pick up marine debris at one of Manatee County's popular coastal preserves. This will be a wet and muddy workday!\n\nProgram suitable for ages 16 and older who can meet the County's minimum eligibility requirements.\n\nThis is an intermediate paddle not suitable for beginning kayakers.\n\nParticipants must have their own canoe or kayak and safety gear\, including a life jacket and whistle.\n\nAll participants must wear a life jacket while on the water.\n\nParticipants should bring a water bottle\, small lunch or snack\, and wear clothing appropriate for the weather. We recommend sun protection\, bug spray\, and closed-toe shoes that strap or tie to your feet\, no flip-flops.\n\nTrash bags and gloves will be provided.\n\nReservations are required for this FREE program.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nShare with friends
