1. My talk with our Thermographer\, June Drennon will be on hormones\, thyroid\, and thermography. This will be from 3-4. Starting sharply at 3 pm so please be on time.

3. I will be doing another talk from 6-7\, sharing information on our Detox at the Beach Weight Loss program. This is 100% natural.

4. Our one and only
Anna Maria Island Art and Shopping aka Annie Weir\, will be playing her beautiful music with her sound bowl therapy in our salt room. She will begin at 4\, with a break between 6-7\, and continue playing from 7-8.
