We are also excited about our edible bamboo that we planted 18 months ago! Chris Kaiser from OnlyMoso USA will be here with samples of bamboo products for tasting. Southeast High Culinary students will also be here doing a grilled cheese cook off in the processing plant. There is a $3.00 donation to the school to sample the sandwiches and vote for the one you think is the best. This is a FREE event and fun for all ages!
