Attendees are encouraged to wear an ugly Christmas sweater and an award will be given to the winner of the MOST UGLY. Class runs 7:00PM - 9:00 PM and includes a jolly good Christmas Charcuterie and Accompaniments. Seating is limited! We'll learn when to stir and shake\, differences between spirits\, and the foundations of the cocktail family tree. Hands on instruction on technique and balance in cocktails.
