Laura Cole oversees residential, lifestyle, and town center portfolios for Lakewood Ranch, the nation's best-selling multi-generational community since 2018. Located in Sarasota and Manatee Counties, Lakewood Ranch features 49,000+ residential units and 6 million square feet of mixed-use space, including offices, hotels, shopping centers, and town centers. She has a B.S. in Urban Development from the University of Arizona and serves as Vice Chair of the Association of Florida Community Developers and Governor for ULI Tampa Bay.
