Viento Kitchen + Bar, the signature restaurant of Longboat Key’s Zota Beach Resort, is hosting a sunset-laden Valentine’s Day dinner on Wednesday, February 14, 2018. As the perfect cap to a romantic day, couples can enjoy a vibrant three-course menu merging Floridian, Caribbean, and Mediterranean influences. Specially developed by the Viento culinary team, guests can select from the following offerings: Appetizer - Crab Cake | Pickled Fennel, Mango, Mixed Baby Field Greens, & Aioli - Calamari | Sweet Cherry Peppers, Garlic, Shallots, White Balsamic, & Warm Marinara - Seasonal Bruschetta Entreé - Surf & Turf | Tomahawk Ribeye, Caribbean Lobster Tail, & Chef-Selected Sides Dessert - Dessert Sampler Zota Beach Resort’s Valentine’s Day experience is priced at $150 per couple with wine pairings or for $120 without wine pairings.
