Monthly Combine – TheMaxOut360
The Monthly Combine powered by MaxOut360 is a high-energy performance testing and development session built to measure progress and push athletes to their limits. Each month, athletes complete a series of standardized drills designed to evaluate key areas of athletic performance, including speed, agility, explosiveness, strength, and overall movement efficiency.
Athletes are tested using professional timing gates and OVR technology to ensure accurate, data-driven results. The combine includes key performance tests such as the 10-yard dash, 5-10-5 shuttle, vertical jump, broad jump, and chin-ups—giving a complete snapshot of each athlete’s athletic ability.
Using the MaxOut360 system, participants receive precise metrics on sprint times, jumping power, change of direction, and upper-body strength. These consistent benchmarks allow athletes to track improvement over time and identify specific areas for growth.
