A Sunday well spent brings a week of content... Start your morning with BEACH YOGA on one of the area's most beautiful beaches and leave feeling ready to take on the week. Stretch and move your body, absorb the energy of sunrise, the waves, and maybe even see some dolphins in the distance. Join us and set your intention in the midst of nature for a refreshing start to your day/week.
This is a balanced flow class that is perfect for beginners!
Bring water and we suggest placing your yoga mat on top of a towel/sheet/blanket.
