Cinco De Mayo at Mattison's Riverwalk Grille
Mattison’s Restaurants are celebrating Cinco De Mayo, May 5th, with delicious and creative food and drink specials. In addition to the regular menus, Mattison’s City Grille and Riverwalk Grille will feature a special a la carte menu.
Shrimp and grouper ceviche, cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, served in a crispy tortilla shell with avocado relish $16
Durham Ranch bison stuffed with poblano peppers with charred corn cheddar, cheese, pepper jack cheese, cotija cheese, served with black beans and rice, red sauce $25

Stop by Mattison’s Forty-One for the Mojo Marinated Brick Seared Chicken, Pork Tenderloin with whiskey apples and sweet potato streusel or Chicken Burger topped with Jones Dairy Farms Bacon.
Already home to several brands of Tequila, including the award winning, newest kid on the block, Rock-N- Roll Tequila, all three Mattison’s are featuring special drinks for Cinco De Mayo. Try the Raspberry Jalapeno Margarita at Forty-One or stop by either of the Mattison’s Grilles for the Tijuana Tipple, a refreshing blend of Mezcal tequila, Amaro Averna, grapefruit juice and ginger beer.
