Description
Do you need a business plan? Yes, you do! The business plan is not only required if you are searching for funding but it is your GPS for your business. It gives you direction on where you should go and what you should do. Fundamentally, a business plan will include a mission statement, business description, product description, market analysis, marketing, operations and management plan and financial projections. The process involved with developing a business plan will help you determine the feasibility as well as identify and mitigate risk. Presented by the Helen Gordon Davis Centre for Women, this workshop will take place from 11 AM to Noon at Downtown Central Library (along Riverwalk), located at 1301 Barcarrota Blvd., Bradenton 34205.
