Ventura’s Italian Kitchen, a family-owned restaurant known for its rustic charm, New York Style Pizzas and handcrafted Italian dishes on Longboat Key, is thrilled to announce the grand opening of its newest location on Friday, August 15, 2025, in the heart of Bradenton.

Located at 4805 Cortez Road West, Ventura’s Italian Kitchen on Cortez promises a warm, welcoming atmosphere where guests can savor traditional recipes passed down through generations. From daily house-made sauces, pastas and Ventura’s famous hand stretched pizza available by the slice, to Philly style cheesesteaks and subs and regional wines, every dish is a celebration of family.
